This wine is our first small batch of fortified Frontenac Blanc.  This wine has subtle tree fruit aromas with apple, pear and apricot flavour notes.  While this is a fortified wine, it is not overly sweet.  There is a nice balance of fruit, alcohol and acidity in this wine which leaves a mouthwatering, long fruity finish. It is simply delicious.  

The name was chosen to commemorate the service of Ewen Roy MacMillan (our son is named after this ancestor) during the Upper Canada Rebellion.
