**New Release** Our first true orange wine!   This wine is made by taking our hand harvested Frontenac Gris and Frontenac Blanc grapes and fermenting them one their skins in stainless steel tanks.  Once fermented, both age separately and then blended together.  By blending the two, you get red fruit aromas and flavours from the Frontenac Gris, and tropical notes from the Frontenac Blanc and because of the skin contact there are soft tannins and beautiful colour to this wine.  If you are looking for a new wine experience, this is a great wine to begin to explore the world of orange wines.

Pairs very nicely with semi firm cheese or even better with a paté with a little spice and fresh herbs
